an opportunity has arisen to join alter domus china’s growing and dynamic hr team. as part of an international team, the individual will be joining the hr apac team of the company. as an hr senior officer, you shall be assigned the following tasks:
? dealing with hr administrative procedures i.e. training records, payroll administrations, time management related matters, immigrations processes and employee details;
? be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from drafting and post job advertisements, screening candidate profiles, conducting phone and face to face interviews, and executing the onboarding process for successful candidates;
? being the 1st point of contact for staff queries on administrative matters for our international offices;
? being responsible for issuing the various reports needed by internal and external stakeholders;
? collaborating with the learning and development team in luxemburg on the on-boarding of employees process.
your profile:
? you have a business related degree. a degree in human resources will be considered an advantage;
? you have at least 4 years of relevant experience working within a hr role;
? fluency in english and mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is a requirement;
? knowledge of any other language would be considered as an advantage;
? you are efficient and process oriented;
? you have very good computer skills (windows and ms office);
? you demonstrate high integrity and ethics in particular when dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information;
? you show strong attention to detail.
