Testing is responsible for production day to day shift support, PCBA diagnostic and test equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Assist test engineer to reduce test equipment downtime and test yield improvement.
Your Task:
? Assist Test maintenance Engineer to carry out maintenance for all Test Equipment and Test Fixtures.
? Support production line on the shift to resolve process issue
? Participate in TPM/PM activities, MSA and tester instrument calibration
? Assist test engineer to work on tester software/hardware upgrade
? Assist engineer to manage spare parts
? Assist Test maintenance Engineer to improve test Yield.
? Collect equipment and process related data from shift and prepare shift down time report for engineer’s analysis
? As CFT member, team work with quality , process to solve production various issue
Your Profile:
? Capability to read English Documents.
? Knowledge of Analog and Digital circuit and have basic capability to analysis circuit and component level repair skills.
? Knowledge of soldering skill and IPC standard.
? Strong responsibility and the ability to work within a team.
? Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and test process is desired.
? Knowledge of Microprocessor and communication circuit is desired.
? Ability to multi-task projects that require immediate response is desired.
