POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for developing strategic Subgroup Operational Improvement Roadmap, lead the Operational Improvement Managers of the divisions to implement Continuous Improvement activities and achieve sustainability objectives DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES： ? Montior the overall performance of WCM operating system and report to top management ? Conduct training regarding Lean concept and tools ? Adhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedures, employee handbook and the Employee Norms ? Approve Asia divisions’ Sustainability Roadmap and Energy Improvement target ? Perform other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: ? Bachelor’s degree and above, Major in Engineering or related majors, 8 years and above operations or lean management related experience, at least 3 years managerial experience in manufacturing organization ? Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing management, lean tools, quality management, eg. VSM, TPM, etc. ? Result driven, data orientated and good interpersonal skills
