Performing Arts Administrator
Qualities:
Good Communication Skills
Excellent Time Management/Planning/Multi-tasking
Problem solving
Proactive approach to daily tasks
Team-work
Patience – willingness to deal with issues arising for staff and parents in a timely fashion
Fluent in English and Chinese
Office software knowledge
Duties would include (but not be exclusive to):
(1) Purchasing - for teaching, productions, concerts, masterclasses and tours;
(2) Travel arrangements and accommodation for visitors and for travelling groups;
(3) Coordination between sister schools and with external providers;
(4) Arrangements for one-to-one lessons and fee administration (PO
