職責描述：
Together with Regional Head of Construction and Facilities you are responsible for setting and implementing the regional strategy for construction and facilities.
What you do:
? Budgeting and follow-up.
? Trend analysis, prognosis and reporting.
? Risk management.
? Lead your team.
You drive improvements and actions in processes, methods and tools. You support all markets and brands within the region.
