崗位職責 :
1、負責閥門在供方生產(chǎn)過程中的過程檢驗和最終出貨檢驗 / Responsible for valves in process inspection and final inspection at supplier factory;
2、負責對供方閥門的MTR 和產(chǎn)品材料進行驗證 / Responsible for checking valve MTR and valve material validation at supplier factory;/
3、負責閥門零件在供方的過程檢驗以及最終出貨檢驗 / Responsible for valve components in process inspection and final inspection before delivery;
4、負責按照圖紙，材料規(guī)范，檢驗程序和規(guī)范執(zhí)行檢驗工作 / Responsible for implementing inspection work according to WV drawings, material specifications, inspection procedures and specifications;
5、按照檢驗程序要求填寫檢驗記錄和質量系統(tǒng)里輸入檢驗數(shù)據(jù)，處理不合格品以及放行合格產(chǎn)品 / Fill in inspection records and input inspected data into quality system , handle nonconforming products and release qualified product according to WV inspection procedures;
6、及時和主管以及團隊成員溝通和匯報在檢驗過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的質量問題, 和供應商進行質量問題溝通以及檢驗事項溝通 / Communicate and report quality issues identified during inspection with supervisor and related WV team members, communicate with suppliers on quality issues and inspection issues;
7、對檢驗過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的不合格品開具NCR，并跟蹤問題的整改進度，驗證問題的整改效果 , 關閉NCR / Issue NCR for non-conforming products during inspection, follow up the problem improvement progress, validate the improvement effectiveness, close NCR accordingly.
8、服從主管的檢驗工作安排，以及根據(jù)工作需要服從主管人員安排的其他非檢驗工作 / Obey the inspection work arrangement and other non-inspection work arranged by the supervisor according to the needs of the work.
9、服從其他主管人員合理的工作安排
Other reasonable tasks assigned by organizational or functional supervisor(s).
任職要求:
1、College or above in Mechanical or related/大專及以上學歷
2、At least 5 years inspection experience in valve company/在閥門行業(yè)至少5年的檢驗工作經(jīng)驗；
3、Familiar with measuring instruments for various machined parts /熟悉使用各種金屬加工零件的測量器具 ;
4、Familiar with Office software, and CAD software is plus/ 熟悉使用Office軟件，會CAD者優(yōu)先；
5、Strong EHS awareness/有很強的安全意識
6、Familiar with NDE test(UT/PT/MT) is plus/ 熟悉無損檢測（UT/PT/MT）的人員優(yōu)先；
7、Basic communication English skill in read/基本的英文閱讀能立
8、Able to travel when job needed/ 能夠根據(jù)工作需要出差；
9、Root cause analysis skills / 具有分析問題的能力
10、Good communication skill and high sense of responsibility / 擅長溝通和具有高度的責任感
11、Strong handling ability and logical thinking, be good at find out problem and problem solving/ 較強的處理能力和邏輯思維, 善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并解決問題;
12、Able to work under pressure/ 能夠在壓力下工作
