Position Summary:
負(fù)責(zé)真空包裝行業(yè)真空泵及系統(tǒng)的銷售;維護客戶關(guān)系,解答客戶咨詢,開拓新客戶。
Responsible for the sales of products and Systems in Vacuum Packaging industry: Achieve sales target, maintain customer relationship and find more sales opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)市場的建設(shè)、維護及業(yè)務(wù)開展工作,完成目標(biāo)市場的年度銷售目標(biāo),執(zhí)行公司營銷策略并對目標(biāo)市場開拓;
Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the market and business development. Achieve yearly sales for target market, implement the marketing strategy and explore the target market.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)真空泵及真空系統(tǒng)的銷售、推廣工作,主動參與并配合公司內(nèi)部資源,完成訂單的簽署和執(zhí)行以及售后跟進,確保設(shè)備順利交付及調(diào)試運行,并負(fù)責(zé)催收應(yīng)收賬款。
Responsible for the sales and promotion of vacuum pumps and vacuum systems in the assigned region, proactively ccoordinate the internal resources to complete the order signing and implementing, follow up the after sales process to ensure the delivery and commissioning for the equipment / system smoothly, and be responsible for the payment collection.
3. 培養(yǎng)、建立和維護客戶關(guān)系,建立并完善清晰準(zhǔn)確的客戶檔案;
Cultivate, build and maintain relationships with customers; Establish and improve Customer Profile clearly and accurately.
4. 提供市場趨勢、需求變化、競爭對手和客戶反饋方面的準(zhǔn)確信息;
Provide market trends, demand changes, competitors and customer feedback exact information.
5. 向客戶提供產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)交流,以及服務(wù)和應(yīng)用咨詢服務(wù);
Provide product, technical, services and applications consulting services to customers.
6. 協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部資源,熟悉并關(guān)注業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高客戶滿意度;
Coordinate the company resource, be familiar with business process to achieve customer satisfaction.
7. 通過銷售服務(wù)能敏銳地感知客戶的潛在需求,并轉(zhuǎn)化為銷售機會。
Keenly sense the potential demand by sales services to customers and convert it into the sales opportunities.
8. 部門及公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事項。
Other related work assigned by department head.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 具備較強的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、談判能力,客戶關(guān)系處理能力
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation skills, and customer relationship handling skills
2. 敏銳的市場嗅覺,善于收集有效信息,并發(fā)掘潛力客戶;
keen market sense and be good at getting effective information and develop potential customers.
3. 具有時間管理和自我管理能力、團隊合作和吃苦耐勞精神;
Good time management and self-management ability, team cooperation and hard-working spirit.
4. 良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力,能在最短的時間內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)熟悉公司各類產(chǎn)品,并能獨立完成報價方案;
Good learning ability to familiar with all kinds of company products in the shortest time and can prepare proposals independently.
5. 良好的英語讀寫能力和良好的技術(shù)理解能力 ;
Good command of English in reading and writing, and Good technical understanding.
6. 思路開闊、精力充沛、積極向上。
Be open, dynamic, positive.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科學(xué)歷,機械類相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor’s degree, major in chemical, mechanical engineering related.
2. 至少2年國際品牌產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗,有食品機械行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
At least 2 years of sales experience of international brand product, sales experience in food machinery is preferred.
Amount of Travel Required: 80% Domestic
