Position Summary: 負(fù)責(zé)鋼鐵行業(yè)二次精煉應(yīng)用現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)的維護(hù)和新業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā),通過和工程公司和終端客戶(煉鋼廠)的合作,完成銷售目標(biāo),并不斷提高公司在行業(yè)內(nèi)的競(jìng)爭力。 Responsible for maintaining current business and developing new business in Steel Degassing Application and achieve sales targets and continuously improve the competitiveness of the company in the industry, through cooperation with engineering companies and end customers (steel making plants). Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 根據(jù)市場(chǎng)情況,制定所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的銷售計(jì)劃并執(zhí)行,以完成年度銷售目標(biāo); Make and implement the business development plan in responsible area according to the market trend to achieve the annual sales budget. 2. 嚴(yán)格遵守公司制定的銷售政策、規(guī)范和制度,每周匯報(bào)客戶拜訪情況、行動(dòng)計(jì)劃、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展情況,及時(shí)向公司反饋銷售過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,并提出解決方案; Strictly abide by the company's sales policies, norms and systems, report customer visits, action plans and project progress on a weekly basis, timely report to the company the problems arising in the sales process and propose solutions. 3. 為客戶提供咨詢建議,根據(jù)客戶的需求及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析并推薦合適的解決方案; Provide consulting advice to customers, recommend appropriate solutions according to customer needs and status. 4. 協(xié)調(diào)并配合公司內(nèi)部資源,完成訂單的簽署和執(zhí)行以及售后跟進(jìn),主動(dòng)支持確保設(shè)備順利交付及調(diào)試運(yùn)行,并負(fù)責(zé)催收應(yīng)收賬款。 Coordinate the internal resources to complete the order signing and implementing, actively support and follow up the after sales process to ensure the delivery and commissioning for the equipment smoothly, and be responsible for the payment collection. 5. 保持產(chǎn)品銷量的持續(xù)增長;維護(hù)增進(jìn)已有客戶關(guān)系,提高客戶滿意度; Maintain the continuous growth of product sales; Maintain and improve existing customer relationships, and develop long-term strategic cooperation plans to improve customer satisfaction. 6. 對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行回訪及市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,了解產(chǎn)品使用情況,市場(chǎng)需求和競(jìng)爭對(duì)手信息。對(duì)公司的服務(wù)和策略提出改進(jìn)建議; Make customer return visit and conduct market research to understand product usage, market demand and competitors information. Propose improvements to the company's services and strategies. 7. 上級(jí)安排的其他相關(guān)工作。 Other tasks related to business assigned by line manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 機(jī)械方面相關(guān)知識(shí),熟悉機(jī)械自動(dòng)化相關(guān)設(shè)備及系統(tǒng); Have mechanical knowledge, experience for mechanical and automation equipment and system. 2. 良好的英語表達(dá)能力; Good command of English. 3. 優(yōu)秀的時(shí)間管理能力,具備同時(shí)完成多項(xiàng)任務(wù)及組織安排的能力; Excellent time management, multi-tasking and coordination skills. 4. 良好的抗壓能力和吃苦耐勞精神,可適應(yīng)高強(qiáng)度的工作以及定期不同城市的出差需求; Be able to work under pressure with spirit of enduring hardship, adapt to high intensity work and regular travelling to various cities. 5. 必須具備優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,敏銳的市場(chǎng)嗅覺,善于處理客戶關(guān)系、及公司內(nèi)部不同部門間的良好溝通和配合; Must have excellent skills of communication and coordination, sensitive on marketing, good at handling the relationship between customers and collaborating with the internal department. 6. 具備客戶管理和新客戶開發(fā)能力,以及項(xiàng)目跟進(jìn)和銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn); Be able to develop new customers, have experience in project follow-up and sales. 7. 良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力,能在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)熟悉公司各類產(chǎn)品,并能獨(dú)立完成報(bào)價(jià)方案; Good learning ability to familiar with all kinds of company products in the shortest time and can prepare proposals independently. 8. 思路開闊、精力充沛、積極向上。 Be open, dynamic, positive. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科或以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械、流體機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè),真空相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or fluid machinery related. Major in vacuum related is preferred. 2. 3年以上跨國公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有工業(yè)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 Above 3 years work experience in multi-national companies, sales experience of industrial products is preferred. Amount of Travel Required: 75% Domestic Location: Shanghai, Xi‘a(chǎn)n
