Description:
1.？？？？ AOC/Forecast reporting preparation and analysis, support Product
Standard cost update
2.？？？？ Drive cost optimization initiative and closely monitor the Productivity
including Material, DVC labor, MBC.
3.？？？？ Manufacture cost variance analysis (Act VS STD), cooperate with
Cross-Functional team to drive product cost down
5. ？？？New Product quotation/cost estimation and analysis.
6. ？？？Inventory management, drive action to reduce the obsolete inventory and
optimize the inventory level.
7.？？ ？Internal and external audit support, high risk process improvement and
policy update.
8.？ ？？Provide Training to build internal control awareness and Good/Bad case
sharing
Qualifications:
1.？？？？ Bachelor degree or ，major in Accounting/Financial Management related.
2.？ ？ ？7？years working experience in Finance as well as 4 years experience
in MNC Manufacturing Fin Controlling or FP
