Fosters collaboration and facilitates communication between the Bid Desk team and other departments to optimize cross-functional operations. ? Monitors and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), taking proactive measures to meet or exceed performance targets. ? Engages with internal and external stakeholders to handle escalations, address issues/concerns, and communicate change updates. ? Manages the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. ?
