工作職責：
1、根據(jù)客戶要求及項目計劃，制定相應的設計人力資源及設計方案并實施；
According to customer requirements and project scheme. make corresponding design person and scheme , then implement .
2、帶領團隊完成內(nèi)飾零件門板、立柱的結構設計及新項目的報價分析工作；
Lead the team to complete interior parts of door panel, pillar structure design work ， supporting new project analysis and quotation work ；
3、負責BOM、DFMEA等相關工程文件的編制；
Responsible for preparing related engineering documents ，such as BOM, DFMEA and so on .
4、負責項目設計團隊的管理；
Responsible for the management of the project design team;
5、負責與客戶的日常溝通，參加或組織技術評審會議；
Responsible for daily communication with customers, participating or organizing technical review meeting;
6、完成項目設計過程中所有資料的管理工作；
To complete the project management of all information in the design process
7、完成設計主管分配的產(chǎn)品設計等工作；
Accomplish the product design and other activities designated by the design Director.
8、及時完成部門經(jīng)理所分配的工作。
Accomplish the tasks designated by the department manager.
任職要求：
1、應屆生，車輛、機械相關專業(yè)；
2、對汽車內(nèi)飾行業(yè)有興趣，愿意長期從事產(chǎn)品研發(fā)工作
3、碩士學歷優(yōu)先或985、211本科生，學習成績占到年級30%
4、英語聽說讀寫能力良好
5、性格開朗，能吃苦耐勞
工作地點：寧波
最低學歷要求：本科
