1. General Position Summary:
Lead in the development of manufacturing systems with the focus on quality, reliability, and throughput of production resources.
2. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
? Process optimization, Incorporate the lean techniques into line layout, process flow design.
? Responsible for completing time studies and efficiency improvement, cost reduction.
? Measure the standard work hour by component level and prepare for configurated BOM setup.
? Standard Operation Procedure and document prepare or update, e.g. FMEA/CP/FC/WI etc.
? Focus on manufacturing process improvement which include tooling, fixture and manufacturing method.
? Problem solving on manufacturing process issues, assistant for internal/external customer audit.
? Accept other job responsibilities as required by Supervisor.
3. Specific Job Skills:
? Project management experience
? Data analysis and problem solving skills
? Professional experience with CAD and 3D engineering tools.
? Good teamwork spirit and ability to work independently, hardworking.
? Good communication skill and English skill on writing, listening and speaking.
4. Education and/or Experience:
? Bachelor or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other field related；
? 5 years’ experience in machining or mechanical engineering;
? With rich experience of complex mechatronic system, or valve assembly will be preferred;
? Lean Six Sigma experience will be preferred.
