We are looking for a new colleague Quality Engineer one of the Chassis Components plants for our Chassis Solution Division at our location of Shanghai.

Your tasks:

• Facilitate communication with project team members to assure that all required steps are completed on time.
• Leading to prepare and update kinds of quality documentations during APQP and engineering change, such as control plan, inspection instruction and so on.
• Be responsible for the collection of quality report during APQP and engineering change and provide judgement result to project team for reference.
• Co-operating with project team to find the root cause when there are deviations. And if necessary, bring forward corrective suggestion to the team.
• Completing the collection and preparation of PPAP documents on time according to the requirement of customer and tracking the progress of approval from customers.
• Assure the whole project process to meet the requirement of IATF16949 and quality management system of ZF-LSC. And when there is any deviation, correct it on time or report to the superior if necessary.
• Responsible for quality testing standards of WIP, finished product; prepare and implement product audit programs;
• Responsible for quality control analysis, statistics and analysis
