RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責

l Completes the measurement of parts and gauges.

l 負責完成各種零部件及檢具的尺寸測量。

l Completes the acceptance measurement.

l 負責完成新檢具的驗收復驗。

l Completes the annual verification item of gauges.

l 負責完成檢具的年度檢定項目。

l Responsible for gauge’s acceptance, account, on-site management, maintenance, and regular calibration.

l 負責檢具初驗收，終驗收，臺賬管理，現(xiàn)場管理，日常維護及定期校檢。

l Responsible for CMM’s maintenance and 5S.

l 負責三坐標設(shè)備的日常維護，保養(yǎng)，測量室的5S.

l Effective understanding customer specification of measurement, and provide technical advice and support for test process and result, support quality related to the solution of the problem.

l 有效充分理解客戶的標準要求，并對測量過程及結(jié)果提供技術(shù)咨詢及支持，支持相關(guān)質(zhì)量問題的解決。

l prompt notice concerned personnel when happen incorrect , and assist to contain.

l The related test report and records preservation, retrieval and filing-up.

l Is responsible for the dependence test equipment's current maintenance and the maintenance, laboratory 5S.

l 負責相關(guān)測試設(shè)備的日常保養(yǎng)及維護，實驗室5S.

l Assist to resolve some product issues which affect normal production

QUALIFICATIONS 任職要求

· Secondary or above, weld or material related specialty;

· 中專以上學歷（材料，焊接專業(yè)為佳）。

· Minimum 1 years work-related experience in CMM.

· 在汽車從事過相關(guān)三坐標工作1年以上。

· Deal with field problems and communication ability to user

· 具有較強的現(xiàn)場處理問題及用戶溝通能力；

· good communication ability and team cooperation ability

· 有良好的溝通能力和團隊合作能力。

· Some English skills written and verbal

· 一定的英文聽說讀寫能力。

· Good ablility of computer and office’s software.

· 熟悉操作電腦及OFFICE辦公軟件。
