JD
? Support, coordinate, and administer the implementation of MES based processes, solutions and functions.
? Gather business requirements, propose technical concepts for project needs and validate technical feasibility.
? Realize the data exchange between equipment and MES system
? Bring to service / functional test / integration test / Go-Live preparation of MES services, processes, and functions.
? 2nd line support.
? Develop and maintain MES training materials and train key users.
? System monitoring (business processes, interfaces and solutions).
? Maintain and update the Know-how database.
? Support and enhance the software development process of MES.
? Implement and support dashboard, reporting and analyses solutions.
? Act as a technical consultant on MES topics.
? Oversee the provision of prompt and effective breakdown maintenance service for the manufacturing equipment.
Experience
? Minimum of 4 years industrial experience, with at least three years maintenance engineer experience in manufacturing environment.
? Proficient at electrical know-hows, automations, PLC etc, electrician background is preferred.
? Be familiar with MES system is preferred.
? Refractory industry experience is preferred.
Knowledge
Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical, control systems.
Statistical Process Control, Lean Manufacturing, Practical Problem Solving.
