**Responsibilities:**
1. Research and analyze target overseas markets, identify potential clients and competitors, evaluate market trends and demands, and develop corresponding sales strategies.
2. Formulate and implement sales plans and goals for the assigned overseas market in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
3. Take responsibility for the sales of the company's intelligent injection molding equipment, develop local market clients, and achieve performance targets.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term cooperation.
5. Build and manage the overseas sales team for the assigned region, providing training and support.
6. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure the smooth execution of regional sales activities.
7. Regularly evaluate sales performance, analyze data to identify trends, and find opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements:**
1. Candidates with experience in the injection molding or mold industry are preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
2. At least 5 years of sales experience, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Strong ability to handle pressure and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
4. Proficiency in English or other foreign languages (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Overseas work experience is a plus.
