Job Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for the timely updating and maintenance of ERP system data.
2、Maintain communication and coordination with suppliers, urging them to provide shipping documents and open order dispatch plans in a timely manner, and update them to the ERP system on the same day to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data.
3、Conduct software system knowledge training for suppliers, supervise and review the timeliness and accuracy of the data entered by suppliers.
4、Timely response to foreign emails and provision of related reports.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor's degree required, with the ability to read and write English (emails and systems are all in English).
2、Full payment of social insurance and housing fund.
3、Flexible working hours (no need to clock in), work five days and rest two days.
4、Individual responsibility system, strong sense of responsibility required! Good communication and coordination skills are needed.
