? Ensure that all customer order is fulfilled daily and respond shipment enquiries to customer.
? Track and trace shipments, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customer. Escalate problems as per the escalation procedure.
? Preparation of monthly performance reports to the assigned customers as required.
? Receive and action special requirements or instructions from the customer and produce.
? Coordinate and schedule in-country transport movements – collections and deliveries, and communicate to warehouse supervisor.
? Billing checking and issue the invoices in time.
