Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and demand generation
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data driven recommendations for optimization
Collaborate with commercial teams to develop customer focused sales enablement materials, especially for priority verticals to establish Honeywell brand awareness and thought leadership
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
Manage Internal Communications
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing
Manager an effective team and deliver other ad hoc work as required to drive business growth

Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Experience of leading Demand Generation activities and deliver the results
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
