職位描述
Develop robust applications using Python, VB.Net, C#, MS Access, Excel macro, SQL and other relevant programming languages and tools
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket for automated testing, building and deployment of software applications
- Streamline manual processes by analyzing operations and providing automation solutions
- Support ad hoc business requests in a timely manner
- Drive future technology initiatives and transformation
- Provide user testing, training, and post-implementation support
- Create project documentation including requirements, test plans, user guides, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide desktop support for business users
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in finance, accounting, or related industry
- Proficiency in Python, VBA, C#.NET, SQL, and other programming languages
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
- Commitment to continuous improvement and process enhancement
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Flexible to work shifts, holidays, and occasional travel
Preferred:
- IT project management experience
- Knowledge of institutional funds and financial instruments
- Understanding of accounting principles and investment accounting
- Customer service experience in banking, custody, brokerage, or depository roles
