What you will do
This position is responsible for data center (DC) business key account and
program management of key DC customers/projection in APAC, collecting customer
needs and planning for the next investment and early engaged JCI thermal
solution into customer design. Deeply involved in DC industry to capture market
and thermal solutions technologies trend, develop and promote JCI thermal
management solutions in the market to drive the JCI reputation in the DC
industry
How you will do
1. Key Account Customer Management
a. Work closely with sales team, regional/global accounts to identify the
critical customer
b. Customer classification and management
c. Key customer needs and voice of customer collection and validation for
product/solutions development needs
d. Opportunities
