About the Team
We are looking for a Country Manager at our location of Shanghai to be responsible for the Marine business in the China region where ZF is in a leading position in providing vessel propulsion systems. The ideal person for the role would be a technical and commercial professional who likes working in an international environment and has a maritime background and interests. This role will be in a vivid aftermarket team and report to a seasoned marine business professional in the AP region.
What you can look forward to as a Marine China Manager:

• Develop market strategies in strong alignment with CoC Singapore, Product lines, and related stakeholders for the China Market to ensure sustainable growth and business performance.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve the annual revenue target.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Chinese marine market, including shipbuilders, vessel operators, and other key stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on advancements in marine propulsion technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance ZF's product portfolio.
• Work closely with the engineering teams (local and global)
