Job Title: Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), and a background in the medical or pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a detail-oriented and reliable individual with passion on sales force effectiveness optimization, who can focus support commercial excellence initiatives and on data analytics to facilitate data driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Support the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives, including customer segmentation, territory alignment, and target setting.
61 Participate in commercial excellence projects related to sales performance management and customer segmentation, coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
61 Identify core commercial operation process deficiencies and support process and governance optimization.
61 Utilize Excel and Power BI to accommodate comprehensive data analysis and reporting, including identifying business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
61 Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
61 Facilitate project and routine based business communication and collaboration across functions and businesses.
Key Requirements:
61 Must have experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
61 Background in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), experience with target setting, territory management, and account profiling and customer segmentation.
61 Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI), with the ability to consolidate, process, and interpret complex data logics and create and automate reports and dashboards.
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
61 Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
61 Project management skills and experience with implementing process improvements.
61 Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
61 Reliable and consistent in performance.
