As a Trade Compliance Specialist, you will support the company’s trade compliance operations in China, ensuring all import and export activities comply with both Chinese and U.S. regulations, with a strong focus on export control, license management, and process execution.

主要職責(zé)包括但不限于 ｜ Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
支持中國(guó)本地出口管控法規(guī)（如《兩用物項(xiàng)和技術(shù)進(jìn)出口管理?xiàng)l例》）的執(zhí)行，確保合規(guī)性；
Support the implementation and compliance with Chinese export control regulations (e.g., Regulations on the Administration of the Import and Export of Dual-Use Items and Technologies).

協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備并提交中國(guó)及美國(guó)政府相關(guān)部門(mén)的出口許可申請(qǐng)，包括商務(wù)部、海關(guān)總署、BIS等；
Assist in preparing and submitting export license applications to Chinese and U.S. authorities.

管理并維護(hù)所有貿(mào)易合規(guī)相關(guān)記錄，確保符合監(jiān)管要求及公司內(nèi)部政策；
Maintain and manage trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

跟蹤并報(bào)告貿(mào)易合規(guī)活動(dòng)的狀態(tài)、指標(biāo)和趨勢(shì)，支持合規(guī)數(shù)據(jù)分析；
Track and report the status, metrics, and trends of trade compliance activities to support data-driven compliance management.

協(xié)調(diào)國(guó)際貿(mào)易合規(guī)團(tuán)隊(duì)與本地業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)之間的溝通，制定高效的出口/進(jìn)口授權(quán)方案；
Coordinate with the global trade compliance team and local business units to develop efficient export/import authorization strategies.

就中國(guó)和美國(guó)的貿(mào)易合規(guī)事務(wù)提供專業(yè)建議，包括許可判定、授權(quán)使用、條件管理等；
Provide expert advice on Chinese and U.S. trade compliance matters, including license determination, authorization usage, and proviso management.

提供關(guān)于出口管制法規(guī)的培訓(xùn)，提升員工合規(guī)意識(shí)；
Deliver training on export control regulations to enhance compliance awareness across the organization.

識(shí)別并推動(dòng)流程優(yōu)化，提升合規(guī)效率和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力；
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency and risk mitigation.

參與并在需要時(shí)主導(dǎo)合規(guī)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目或?qū)ｍ?xiàng)審查；
Participate in and, when appropriate, lead compliance-related projects or audits.

任職資格 ｜ Qualifications
本科及以上學(xué)歷，法律、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、供應(yīng)鏈或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Law, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.

至少3年貿(mào)易合規(guī)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備中國(guó)出口管控法規(guī)及流程執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trade compliance, with hands-on experience in Chinese export control regulations and process execution.

熟悉美國(guó)出口管制法規(guī)（ITAR、EAR）及OFAC制裁規(guī)定；
Familiarity with U.S. export control regulations (ITAR, EAR) and OFAC sanctions.

熟悉中國(guó)出口許可申請(qǐng)流程及相關(guān)系統(tǒng)（如商務(wù)部出口管制平臺(tái)）；
Knowledge of Chinese export licensing procedures and platforms (e.g., MOFCOM export control system).

有MOFCOM、BIS許可等申請(qǐng)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
Experience with MOFCOM and BIS licensing is a plus.

中英文流利，具備良好的跨文化溝通能力；
Fluent in both Chinese and English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
