Position Summary 負責(zé)向海外工廠采購的采購訂單流程管理,包括采購訂單發(fā)布、采購訂單確認及跟蹤交付等相關(guān)事宜 Responsible for the purchase order process for procurement from overseas factories, including PO issue, PO release, PO confirmation, delivery monitoring. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 維護ERP系統(tǒng)內(nèi)相關(guān)物料的信息及ERP系統(tǒng)訂單的制作并發(fā)給供應(yīng)商; Data maintenance in ERP system, confirm planned orders and generate purchase orders in time and send PO to related suppliers. 2. 負責(zé)海外工廠的詢價及交期確認; Responsible for price and lead time check with overseas factories. 3. 跟蹤所有訂單的交貨時間,更新ERP內(nèi)的預(yù)計到貨時間,保證所有數(shù)據(jù)的正確性有效性,及時通知內(nèi)部銷售人員相關(guān)訂單的交期及變化; Follow up PO delivery time with suppliers, update delivery date information in ERP, ensure the validity of all data is correct, inform inside sales the delivery dates for their special orders and update on any changes. 4. 監(jiān)督海外工廠按確認時間準時交貨并根據(jù)客戶需求調(diào)整運輸方式; Contact with factories to deliver products when they are completed and adjust shipping method if necessary, according to customer’s request. 5. 安全庫存系統(tǒng)的改進和完善; Safety stock system improvement and adjustment. 6. 負責(zé)采購資料發(fā)票等文件的處理,整理及歸檔,解答相關(guān)采購問題的咨詢; Purchase related documents and invoices processing and management, keep PO filing up to date, respond to enquiries concerning questions on international trading. 7. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事項。 Other work assigned by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 熟悉國際貿(mào)易流程; Familiar with international trade process. 2. 優(yōu)秀的自我管理能力和較強的分析能力,積極主動,有團隊精神,有較強責(zé)任心,能夠吃苦耐勞; Self-starting individual, ability to set priorities, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, proactive, team player. Have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to bear hardships and stand hard work. 3. 優(yōu)秀的書面和口頭溝通能力,良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,流利的英語讀寫能力,良好的Microsoft Office技能; Excellent written and verbal communications skill, Good communication and coordination skills. Fluent English, both verbal and written, excellent computer skills (MS excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 4. 熟悉信用證操作; Solid experience of L/C handling. 5. 誠實守信。 A strong sense of professional integrity. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科以上學(xué)歷,英語、外貿(mào)等相關(guān)專業(yè); Bachelor‘s degree or above, major in English, trading, business or other related fields is preferred. 2. 3年以上相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗,進出口貿(mào)易尤佳; Minimum 3 years work experience, work experience on import
