Mission:
Professional feedback and complaint handling to satisfy the customer and improvement of the quality of our products.
專業(yè)地反饋和處理抱怨以提升客戶滿意度和產品質量
Responsibilities:
1. Professional complaint handling to satisfy the customer and meet the national regulation /專業(yè)地反處理抱怨以提升客戶滿意度和滿足法規(guī)要求;
2. Do risk assessment for safety-relevant complaints and stipulation of countermeasures/對安全相關的抱怨和對策約定的風險評估;
3. Work with SHS region unit for Adverse Event and Field Safety Corrective Action reporting/與西門子醫(yī)療區(qū)域部門合作處理不良事件和場地安全更新的上報;
4. Define and follow-up the error-analysis and solutions for hardware and software topics via the involvement of the responsible development departments or suppliers/與相關部門或供應商合作制定與跟進硬件和軟件的錯誤分析和解決方案;
5. Review start-up reports and safety related test reports and escalate if necessary/ 評審啟動報告和安全相關的測試報告,并在必要時將問題升級;
6. Statistical analysis of post marketing relevance data for early warning and improvement of product quality/對上市后相關數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,以預警和改進產品質量。
Requirements:
1. Medical device product knowledge/醫(yī)療器械產品知識
2.Bachelor degree with 3 years working experience/本科學歷,至少3年以上工作經(jīng)驗
