YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic leadership and end-to-end ownership throughout the product lifecycle. Develop strategies to implement tailored user experiences that cater to individual needs and preferences.
Optimize capabilities to achieve business outcomes efficiently, utilizing strong strategic planning, decision-making, and influencing skills to balance user and stakeholder needs.
Create comprehensive product roadmaps based on user needs and non-functional requirements, co-creating solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
Track and report on progress against 90-day outcomes while managing product delivery and streamlining the backlog.
Apply Design Thinking methodology to prioritize problems and conduct usability, feasibility, business fit, and value testing.
Drive agile best practices with the team to improve delivery, including continuous planning ahead of each development cycle (e.g., sprint planning) and collaboratively co-creating user stories aligned with product backlog prioritization.
Establish continuous feedback loops with users to refine personalization features and ensure they meet evolving user needs.
Proactively communicate and educate team members and stakeholders on the importance of accessibility and personalization in product design, fostering an inclusive culture within the team.
Collaborate across all platforms to drive technology simplification, as well as composability, reusability, and scalability towards our target IMPACT architecture (Intelligent Modular Platforms of Agents in Composable Topologies).
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 4 years equivalent practical experience.
5 or more years of experience as a product manager, with 2 or more years of experience in Agile development and DevOps.
Strong domain expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), consumer health, or similar industries specifically in the sales area
Deep understanding and expertise of the WeCom and WeChat platforms, including their APIs, SDKs, and integration capabilities.
Proven experience in developing and deploying applications that leverage the features of WeCom and WeChat for business purposes.
Demonstrated experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI, either through practical application in a business context or personal projects.
Experienced in translating business needs into technical solutions that drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
Proven ability to manage and execute immediate delivery needs while aligning to long-term strategic goals.
In-depth knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java for application development within the WeCom and WeChat ecosystem.
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services for integrating WeCom and WeChat functionalities into applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Alibaba Cloud or Microsoft Azure for deploying and managing applications.
Knowledge of modern database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Databricks, ApsaraDB for MongoDB, ApsaraDB for RDS) for managing application data and user information.
Working knowledge in tools like Power BI for analyzing data and generating insights from customer interactions.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) for automating deployment processes.
Understanding of UX principles to create user-friendly interfaces for applications
Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for protecting user data and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to continuously learn and apply new advancements in technology and (Gen) AI.
