This is to be achieved through interaction with vendors, service providers, manufacturers, market research and knowledge sharing with colleagues across COF.? Proactive management of overdue accounts together with Work out and Collection department (asset valuation, identification, support physical repossessions).? Bring proactive, timely and comprehensive contribution to Work Out report preparation and update, with clear assessment of the asset collateral situation and value.? To monitor repossession process and warehouse partners through effective communication, visits, documentation, negotiation and engagement to ensure optimized channels of equipment disposal are maintained.? To communicate and inform Head of Asset Management China regarding asset related challenges, changes on the second user market and any potential high levels of risk on portfolio.? To comply with COF Asset Management policies, processes, guidelines and authorities. Your defining qualities ? 5 years’ experience in similar functions. ? Experience in Project Management appreciated.? Intercultural sensitivity is appreciated.? Engineering degree or strong technical understanding.
