崗位職責：
1. Carry out the design principles and development directions of HQ on service network, track regional network layout trends, and ensure the quality of service delivery and service level in the service cluster；

落實總部就服務規(guī)范、政策、業(yè)務發(fā)展、標準流程在大區(qū)的執(zhí)行，把控服務大區(qū)區(qū)域內(nèi)在執(zhí)行上的實際完成情況，及時有效地向總部反饋并進行持續(xù)改善。
3. Reasonable allocation of each branch external service, turnover target and budget. Manage and guide each branch to achieve annual target.
統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)服務大區(qū)內(nèi)各服務分部外部服務，營收目標與預算的合理分配，管理并指導各分部完成年度目標。
4. Maintain good communication with internal and external customers. Maintain good collaboration with the Sales Cluster and the Service Cluster BA and Service Cluster Parts Logistics.
維護內(nèi)外部客戶的良好溝通，與大區(qū)銷售團隊及服務大區(qū)商務行政和服務大區(qū)配件物流團隊保持良好協(xié)同合作 。
5. According to the training requirements and needs of HQ and service cluster, make overall planning of training resources. Ensure the effective implementation of training according to the business development and annual targets of the service cluster.
就來自總部和服務大區(qū)的培訓要求和需求，統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃培訓資源，以服務大區(qū)的業(yè)務發(fā)展及年度工作目標為導向，確保高效的培訓實施。
6. Improve business capabilities and construction of talent pool, including capacity building, process and internal operation optimization.
發(fā)展業(yè)務能力及人才儲備建設，包括職業(yè)能力提升，流程優(yōu)化，內(nèi)部運營效率提升；打造服務創(chuàng)新，安全生產(chǎn)，高效的大區(qū)團隊。


任職資格：
1.Bachelor's degree and above .
本科及以上學歷
2.5-10 years of relevant work experience.
