Mission:
Make production schedule and follow up to make sure products OTD
Supervise operators' assembly or test strictly according to WI
Make cross function training plan, new worker training and follow up
Keep production line clean according with 5S requirement
Improve production productivity
Escalate problems happened in production (NCM or other issues)
Technical Support for products.
Responsibilities:
Training operators, supervise all operators do job according to WI.
Make production plan and follow up to achieve order OTD.
Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved to solve quality or material issues happened on site.
Keep site clean according to 5S requirement.
Continue improve production productivity.
Technical support for products.
Actively drive automation, digital projects to ensure productivity and quality.
Other training and tasks assigned by superior.
