RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support Head:
1. Perform a wide variety of administrative supports for Head;
2. Organize departmental meetings/activities with business initiative and creative approach;
3. Receipt and arrange global visitors;
4. Other affairs arranged by Head;
· LT Communication:
1. On behalf Head, to do some internal communication.
· Admin:
2. Be responsible for department administrative affairs, like update team name list and email groups timely, coordinate name card printing etc.
3. Preside over team purchasing, supplier management, accounting, and other internal system operation.
· Administrative supports for Team Members:
a) Processing of paperwork related to their expat status in the country and payments made on their behalf by the company;
b) Processing of expense reports;
c) Local connection help when needed (i.e., when they need help with Chinese speaking contacts outside the company).
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Above 2 years of working experience in MNC
2. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. Good communication and organizational skill
4. Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
5. Proficient English and Chinese in listening, speaking and writing
6. High level of confidentiality requested
7. Good learning
