一、單位介紹 About us
南京大學化學化工學院是我國最早設立的化學院系之一，始建于1920年。1993年，學校成立化學化工學院，同步建設化學系和化學工程系。2002年，學校獲得化學工程專業(yè)學位點，2022年獲批建設“化學工程與技術(shù)”一級學科博士點。2017年、2021年，南京大學化學工程與技術(shù)學科兩次入選教育部“世界一流學科”建設名單。2025年，學校在浦口校區(qū)正式成立化工學院，大力推進和加強“化學工程與技術(shù)”學科建設。

the School of Chemistry and ChemicalEngineering at Nanjing University(NJU) is

officially approved.In both 2017 and 2021,the "ChemicalEngineering and Technology"discipline of NJU was includedin the Ministry of Education's "World-Class Disciplines"construction list.In 2025,NJU established the School ofChemical Engineering at its Pukou Campus,marking asignificant step to vigorously advance and strengthen thedevelopment of the "Chemical Engineering and Technology"discipline.

“化學工程與技術(shù)”博士點現(xiàn)有博士生導師30余人，在精細分離技術(shù)、微界面反應強化技術(shù)、綠色催化合成技術(shù)、功能性環(huán)境友好材料等方面有良好基礎。已承擔近400余項國家級、省部級以及中國石油、中國石化、延長石油等特大型企業(yè)的基礎及應用研究項目。曾獲國家科技進步獎1項、中國發(fā)明創(chuàng)業(yè)特等獎1項，省部級科技獎一等獎6項、二等獎4項。

02、院長崗位職責 Responsibilities of the Dean Position
1）全面領(lǐng)導學院的行政管理工作，制定學院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，明確發(fā)展目標與方向，推動教學科研與學科建設水平的全面提升，增強學院在國內(nèi)外的學術(shù)影響力與核心競爭力。
1）Take overall responsibility for the school'sadministrative management; formulate stra-tegic development plans; define goals anddirections for growth; promote comprehensiveadvancement in teaching, research and disci-pline development; and enhance the school'sacademic influence and core competitivenessboth domestically and internationally.
2）全面負責學院教學、科研、學科建設等方面的工作，推進一流學院、一流學科建設和國際化進程。
2）Take full responsibility for the school's teach-ing, research and disciplinary development;advance the building of a world-class schooland world-class disciplines; and promote theschool's internationalization.
3）制定并實施學院人才隊伍建設規(guī)劃，引進和培養(yǎng)一批高水平的學科帶頭人、教學科研骨干和優(yōu)秀青年教師，打造一支結(jié)構(gòu)合理、素質(zhì)優(yōu)良的教師隊伍。
3）Formulate and implement plans for faculty de-velopment; recruit and cultivate high-level ac-ademic leaders, core teaching and researchstaff, and excellent young teachers; and builda well-structured, high-quality faculty team.
03、院長人選條件 Requirements for the Dean Position
1）政治立場堅定，貫徹黨的教育方針，熱愛高等教育事業(yè)，具備高尚的職業(yè)道德，學為人師、行為世范。

2）Have achieved internationally recognizedacademic achievements in the field ofChemical Engineering,with an outstandingreputation and broad academic influence.
3）認同南京大學的治校精神與辦學理念，熟悉高等教育和人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)律，具有前瞻性思考和戰(zhàn)略性謀劃，勇于創(chuàng)新，敢于開拓。

4）具有豐富的管理經(jīng)驗及卓越的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，擁有全球視野及學科規(guī)劃、團隊建設等核心能力，對相關(guān)領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新技術(shù)及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢有深刻洞察，曾在國內(nèi)外知名高校擔任學院院長、系主任或研究所負責人等管理職務者優(yōu)先考慮。
4）Possess extensive management experi-ence and outstanding organizational andcoordination skills,with global vision andcore expertise in discipline planning andteam building;demonstrate insight intoemerging technologies and industrialtrends in relevant fields.Preference willbe given to candidates who have held lead-ership positions such as dean,departmentchair,or institute director at renowned uni-versities or research institutions in Chinaor abroad.
5）身心健康，精力充沛，聘期內(nèi)全職在崗，能夠全心全意投入學院工作。
5）Be in good physical and mental health;have ample energy;and be able to work full-time during the appointment period withfull commitment to the duties of the school.
