1.?Design, develop and implement executive education events and programs.

2. Keep track of the budgets and expenses of executive education programs.

3. Prepare relevant narrative and financial reports for executive education programs.

4. Promote program events and build strong brands for the ISI.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

6.?University employees' job responsibilities will continue to expand in scope and depth as the University grows in size and complexity in its programs.

●?A bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree is preferred.

●?An organized self-motivator with strong communication skills.

●?Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders.

●?Strong verbal and communication skills in both Chinese and English.

●?Excellent organizational skills and excellent problem-solving ability.

●?Ability to work under pressure independently or within a team.

●?Attention to detail.

●?Project management skills are desirable.

●?Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
