崗位職責(zé)：
? Planning
? Budgeting
? Receives minimal supervision – once/week to once/month as needed
? People leadership and teambuilding
? Customer interface
? Exhibits good communication skills
? Lead new product launches that have new technologies from concept to production.
? Creates process flow chart for new products
? Leads cross functional teams in the effort of analyzing manufacturing data for the purpose of implementing difficult continuous improvement activities.
? Interprets complex design changes and leads the effort to incorporate the change into manufacturing
? Complete Green Belt training and support the facility’s GB initiatives as mandated.
? Travel to other TRW sites, customer sites or supplier sites to provide support or execute instructions as provided by management or senior engineering leadership.
