崗位職責(zé):
Main Tasks:
- 1. Process management
- Design input covering chemistry and chemical engineering to ensure the timely production and quality of the finished and intermediate products and to eliminate deficiencies to ensure the products meet plant standards.
- Analyze complex process problem, identify where to involve addition specialists.
- Be responsible of monitoring MoC implementation.
- Be responsible of the interface coordination with regard to detailed daily production planning and internal unreliability
- 2. Technology management
- Act as key resource to solve technical issues: investigating and troubleshooting the root causes, recommending improvements to processes used in plants of existing and new technologies, issue the follow up actions.
- As plant energy coordinator, responsible for plant energy statistics/energy saving and emission reduction program introduce and monitor.
- 3. New Project Support
- Be responsible for implement CAPEX projects and monitors the project in order to fulfil the requirements of timing, costing as well as SHE, follow the real benefits after finishing the project and finalize the document report.
- 4. New products launch
- Assist the supervisors to launch new product smoothly and successfully.
- 5. Production documentation
- Creating of new projects and EHS-Q system upgrades to ensure an updated database in an easily accessible (integrated computerized) system.
- Provide updated records/data to relevant supervisors.
- Update technical documents, such as plant procedures, total job analysis (TJA), BOM, recipe, etc.
- Setup of process performance recordings by advanced OAE, and other on-line tools.
- 6. Maintenance support
- Oversee the cooperation / coordination of maintenance and troubleshooting activities, including the implementation of maintenance and repairing schedules, actions, modification of machines and equipment in order to ensure top performance of plant equipment.
- 7. Personnel training
- Provide special training for basic function of new chemistry and equipment, its start-up and related fine tuning.
- 8. EHS and housekeeping
- According to corporate, company and statutory EHS requirements, implement the relevant safety and environmental protection tools and procedures by seeking consultation from with EHS Manager, including enforcement in the observation of all departments' operations, safety, ecology and housekeeping guidelines to maintain a working environmental that supports work safety and production activities.
- Analyze and identify the opportunities to reduce waste generation through design and process changes.
- 9.Quality control support
- Act as bridge for technical or process issues when required between customers and plants, set up quality assurance system along with QC in order to fix potential quality problem permanently, ensure adequate controls are in place.
- 10.Finance support
- Analyze financial data to develop prioritized corrective actions for manufacture cost control .
- Support procurement team in reviewing / negotiating the contract of utilities, raw material, key equipment, etc.
- 11. Other tasks from process manager.

- Master degree and above
- Chemical related major
- Fluent English skill
- Fresh graduate or 2 years experience of chemical process management
