?Group manager for ECU mechanical Simulation (thermal/dynamic/reliability).
?Ensure delivery of Simulation results for development project
?Working with global engineering network for knowledge/competence transfer; and international capacity sharing.
?Leading digital transformation of simulation work, environment and data analysis
?CN wide CoC-Plastic network owner.
Main Tasks:
?Technically:
?Knowledge of Mechanical, Physic and Product reliability regarding one or several technical domains (structure, vibration, thermal and humidity).
?Develop employee’s technical competence and skills to fulfill position and product design requirements.
