Accounting and Reporting:


? Prepare and record all general ledger entries in accordance with accounting standards and company policies in SAP system

? Coordination of accounts payables, approval of the movement of funds in banking platforms

? Coordination of intercompany balance reconciliation with related parties in SAP

? Reconcile the GL accounts regularly to ensure the bookings and clearings are correct and timely

? Maintain long asset working sheet and manage fixed assets

? Maintain Cash and bank issues and help to do the cost control

? Accurate and timely completion of monthly closing procedures, generation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports including PRC GAAP and IFRS reports

? Calculate the taxes payable, prepare and declare the monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filing, establish and maintain VAT process and other taxation/statistics processes,

? Responsible for Regular Annual Audit process

? Maintain the GL accounts accurately, perform the cost analysis to support CFO and Management in decision-making processes

? Consult management on accounting related questions by interpreting as well as researching PRC accounting regulations and policies

? Ensure accounting controls by suggesting procedures and policies

? Ad-hoc financial tasks


Qualifications and requirements：

? At least 8 years relative work experience

? Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

? Strong knowledge and experience in the financial environment of the People’s Republic of China

? Familiar with China GAAP, Chinese Accounting Regulation, Cash Management Policy and the Bank Settlement Regulations

? Knowledge and experience of financial practices and systems of multinational corporations

? Understand the integrated financial system especially on the general ledger management side

? Advanced skill of SAP and PC: MS office (High Excel skills required)

? Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

? Advanced command in both English and Chinese

? Patience in detailed works, responsible, reliable and well-organized
